How To Perform Biceps Curls With Resistance Bands
- Stand with your feet shoulder width apart.
- Stand on the center of the resistance band. (Stand on with both feet to increase tension and difficulty!)
- Grab both handles with both hands with palms facing up towards the ceiling.
- While keeping your arms close to your sides, curl your arms up.
- Squeeze your biceps as you curl your arms up.
- Repeat the process curling your arms up and down, carefully, controlled, and slowly.
