How To Perform Biceps Curls With Resistance Bands




  • Stand with your feet shoulder width apart.
  • Stand on the center of the resistance band. (Stand on with both feet to increase tension and difficulty!)
  • Grab both handles with both hands with palms facing up towards the ceiling.

Resistance Band Biceps Curl

 

  • While keeping your arms close to your sides, curl your arms up.
  • Squeeze your biceps as you curl your arms up.
  • Repeat the process curling your arms up and down, carefully, controlled, and slowly.
